Treatments

A Reiki treatment can be given while lying on a massage table or sitting in a chair. The recipient remains fully clothed throughout the treatment.

A treatment is an hour long, however the first session is an hour and a half to encompass an introduction to Reiki, assess your journey so far and define your needs.

If there is a particular issue that needs to be worked on, it is recommended that three treatments are carried out within a two week time period.
